We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is unused to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
